It has come to our notice that Residents do not adhere to requests or instructions from the EBS Security Personnel. We must point out that EBS Security is our official security company and that their personnel work under instructions from the Estate Office.
When the Security personnel request Residents to adhere to their instructions it is because they have authority from the Estate Office to do so and we ask that Residents must please adhere to their requests and instructions.
