Amberfield Manor Estate is using EBS security to assist us in access control and patrolling our Estate inside and outside. Monitor Net assist EBS by responding to “panic” signals from the guards. Monitor Net also has a direct alarm signal from our electric fence. Should someone tamper with the fence EBS and Monitor Net respond to the alarm at the effected zone.
The guards do regular patrols inside and outside of the estate and they are monitored by the estate office via a Sentinel control system to ensure that patrols are correctly done.
For access control we make use of Click-on and Identifid systems. The Click-on system is used by the guards to call a resident to give authority and open the gate for visitors. Click- on also provide residents access to their property via a security device or remote control which is used to open the booms.
All domestic staff, gardeners, contractors, garden services, cleaning services and lift clubs is also issued with these security devices to enter and exit the estate. The resident decides on the day and times these people must have access and their security devices will only be active during the timeframe provided by the residents.
Identyfid is a scanner that is used to scan all visitors’, driver’s licenses and vehicle licenses, to allow them access to the estate. The Identyfid is a secured system whereby information is stored and only management can access the information that has been scanned.
Although we make use of a security company to assist us with security matters it is still the responsibility of the residents to secure their private property.
