- 2. Why are the empty stands not being cleaned?

All the stands are private property. Each owner is sent a letter/email and sms requesting him/her to clean his/her stand. Should they not clean the stand after a stipulated period of time, a contractor is appointed to do so, and the cost thereof is added to the owner’s levy account.
- 3. Why are the red and green areas not cleaned?

In the green areas, the grass is cut. The red areas is protected by Environmental Affairs and nobody is allowed access to these areas, and the grass is thus not cut in those areas.
- 4. What are the office hours of the Estate office?

Weekdays 07:00 -11:30 and 14:00 – 17:30.
- 5. How do I obtain a refuse bin for my completed home?

Any home-owner and resident is entitled to a refuse bin and refuse removal. To obtain a bin he/she needs to contact the City of Tshwane. Please be advised to have your Rates Municipal Account Number handy to place an order. Although the bin is free of charge, a standard amount for the refuse service and a monthly levy is calculated and charged (per bin). Refuse removal is done by local authority and currently collection is scheduled weekly on Thursdays.
- 6. How do I arrange entrance for my domestic/garden worker?

You must make arrangement with the Estate office at the gate. You will need a certified copy of the Identity document of the worker, complete a form and purchase an access device.
- 7. My gardener/domestic needs access on antother day?

You will have to make arrangements with the Estate office at least 24 hours before the time, or they will not be granted access.
- 8. Does evey person needs to use their access device to exit the estate?

YES, every resident (even cyclists, joggers, school childrens and pedestrians) entering or leaving the Estate needs to use their access device. The basic rule is that, NO ACCESS DEVICE, NO ENTRY OR EXIT.
- 9. What is the speed limit in the estate and why?

The speed limit anywhere in the Estate is 30km/h. This applies to cars, as well as motorcycles and trucks. The reason it is so low is because there are pedestrians walking in the Estate, children playing in the streets and people walking their dogs. It is for the safety of all the residents.
- 10. What are the rules regarding the keeping of pets?

All pets must be on leashes at all times when outside the resident’s property. The owner of dogs must remove any excrement deposited in a public area immediately. Pets must have ID tags with owner’s details on collars. Stray pets without identification will be handed to the municipal pound. Owners must ensure that their dogs do not jump walls, howl or bark excessively. No poultry, wild animals or live stock may be kept on the estate.
Please note that these guidelines are in-line with the Municipal By-laws, and have been implemented to ensure that the quality of life for residents on the Estate are not unduly compromised, and to promote, advance and protect the communal interest of the homeowners, as well as ensure a harmonious and aesthetic development on the Estate.
